The nearest town is El Porvenir. If you attempt to return with more, then the border control agents will confiscate the additional drugs.
For US citizens, you need to have picture Id with you. The accepted forms of ID are passports, passport cards, trusted traveler cards, or an Enhanced Driver’s License. Enhanced Tribal ID and military Id can also be used for crossing the border. You will need these for crossing the border in either direction.  If you are traveling with a minor then you make sure that you bring a copy of the child’s original birth certificate. Non-US citizens will need their passports. They will also need their visa for entry into the US from whichever port of entry was used.
