The airport itself has previously issued press release before holidays that passengers should arrive for domestic flights at least two and half hours early and three hours for international flights to allow enough time for parking, checking luggage and TSA processing.

We don't have much detail on the experience of those passing through immigration but given the TSA wait times at Austin Airport for those departing and including staff shortages there's no reason to expect to get processed quickly.
